About This Project

St. Johns Town Center in a 1,500,000 square foot upscale, retail development situated at J.Turner Butler Boulevard and I-295 in Jacksonville, Florida. Phase I of this mixed-use project, opened in March 2005. Phase II, which opened in October 2007, features 400,000 square foot of additional retail and restaurants, among them:
